WeLearn is our training platform.
You will be logging into WeLearn using your Okta credentials.
Note: It can take up to 24 hours for your course to get assigned in WeLearn. If it has not yet been 24 hours since your initial welcome email, please wait before attempting these steps; you will not have access to the system.
How to Access WeLearn
You can access WeLearn here: identity.welocalize.com
After logging in, click the WeLearn tile.
If you receive a 404 error when you click WeLearn, it means your profile is not yet active.
- If it has not yet been 24 hours since receiving your initial welcome email, please wait and try again after 24 hours.
- If it has been 24 hours and you are still receiving this error, please submit a ticket.
Step 2
Once you’ve successfully opened the WeLearn tile, click on your “My Courses” Tab to see any courses that have been assigned to you. After you have completed the course, you will show as "Training complete" in our system, and your recruiter will reach out to you with the next steps.
Important Information
Before beginning your training, please note this important information:
The biggest cause for WeLearn to freeze is when your browser is left open and idle. If you need to pause your training, please close your browser and come back.
You must use your laptop and not a phone to view the simulation and rate the tasks.
If your course does freeze:
- Try to clear your browser cookies and history and refresh your browser.
- Make sure your browser is set to allow pop-ups and allow JavaScript.
- Make sure you do not have a content blocker enabled.
- Try the above fixes and then relaunch the learning program.
- Make sure your device meets the compatibility requirements.
