If you are having trouble gaining access to Workday, there may be some easy fixes. Please note that Workday access will be available at the end of the onboarding process, and you can always access Workday via Okta by logging in and clicking the Workday tile. Or, if your role includes Vendor Administrator, the Invoicing tab will appear at the top of your Work Portal which will have a Workday tile. If onboarding has not been completed, you will not have access to Workday yet.

Forgotten Password
If you have forgotten your password, you can request a reset. If you are still having trouble, let us know.
Invalid Username or Password
If you are getting an error that looks like this:
Please make sure you are logging in from Okta, and not directly to Workday. Please make sure you first clear your browser cache, and then log in here and click the Workday tile. If you are still unable to access Workday, let us know.
I Was Sent a Temporary Password from Workday
This is an automated email that is sent when your Workday account is being created by our automated system; it can be ignored. You will be informed when the entire onboarding process is complete, and then you will access Workday via Okta. Please ignore any email from Workday with a temporary password.
Okta Org2Org Error
An Org2Org error sometimes shows up when going directly from Junction to Workday. As a workaround, please go to your Okta homepage directly and click the tile for Workday to gain access. Or, if you have the Vendor Administrator role, the tab Invoicing will appear at the top of your Work Portal. Click here and then the Workday tile.
