Junction has a feature where the Vendor Administrator can manage their vendor roster, and invite new Team Members, all within the platform. A vendor can self-manage the number of team members, and their roles, all within Junction.
Inviting New Members
Step 1
To invite new members to your roster, or to manage your current roster, you will need to log in to Junction, and then click the Profile tab, and then Roster from the left-hand menu.
Step 2
Next, you'll want to click the Invite New Members button:

Step 3
Now, you can enter the email addresses of all the members you'd like to invite. Separate each email address with a comma.

Once you click Invite, an invitation will be sent to each email address. The invitee must activate their user account in OKTA via the URL they receive in their email. After the user account is activated, then the user will become active in Junction. When all this is done, the invitee can then use their email address to access Junction.
Note: The activation email will expire after seven days if it's not accepted.
Managing The Roster
On the Roster page, you will see a list of all the accounts currently on your Vendor Roster. You will see their name, their role, and their OKTA ID. The OKTA ID is the email address they will use to log in to Junction. You can also see the members with pending invites, the incomplete profiles, and you can deactivate members as needed.

You can edit a profile by hovering over it and clicking the eye on the far right:

When you edit a profile, you're able to define the role for this user:
- Partner Project Manager: This role can assign tasks to other members on the roster. They can see financial information about each task. They can see the task and offer history for the roster.
-
Vendor Administrator: This role can edit and manage the vendor roster. They can see financial information about each task. They can see the task and offer history for the roster.
After a Vendor Administrator invites a team member to join their Junction roster, an invitation email like below will be sent to the invitee’s email address.
- Team Member: This role can be assigned work in Junction. They cannot see any financial information about the tasks. They cannot reassign tasks.
